How to Apply:-

  1. Candidates have personal e-mail ID and mobile number.
  2. You have to attach a scan copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks).
  3. Candidates should have same photograph for future use, at time of document verification.
  4. Scanned copy of signature & Left hand Thumb Impression.
  5. Scanned copy of all required certificates & documents as mentioned in the Advertisement.

STEP-I Registration
  1. Go to registration button and click for registration.
  2. Fill all necessary details like mobile number, name, E-mail id.
  3. You will get registration number at your email id.

STEP-II Completion of Application form
  1. Go to Login button and enter your registration number and password.

Photograph Image:
  1. Attach a recent passport size colour picture on light coloured background.
  2. The size of scanned photo should be between 50kb -100kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.

Signature image:
  1. You have to sign on white paper with Black/Blue ball point pen.
  2. Scan your signature in Size between 50kb – 100kb in jpg/jpeg format only.

Thumb Impression Image:
  1. The candidate has to put his/her Left hand Thumb Impression on white paper using Blue ink pad.
  2. Scan size of thumb impression should be between 50kb – 100kb in jpg/jpeg format only.

Certificate image:
  1. Please scan the relevant Certificates & documents.
  2. All Certificate in JPG/JPEG/PDF format only & size between 50kb – 1000kb.

Self-declaration image:
  1. Please scan the relevant self-declaration for caste & resident.
  2. The self-declaration to be in JPG/JPEG/PDF format only and Size of file should be between 50kb – 1000kb.

Selection Methodology:-

STAGE ONE: (Computer Based Test)

All candidates will appear in Computer Based Test (CBT), comprising 120 (One Hundred Twenty) number of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) as under:

Note:- The Computer Based Test (CBT) for the post of Jr. Engineer (Mechanical), Jr. Engineer (Electrical), Jr. Nurse & Jr. Pharmacist will be of 2 (Two) hours duration. But For the (CBT) for the post of Jr. Executive Assistant will be of 2hr 30 Minutes (Two and half) hours duration.

STAGE TWO: (Computer Proficiency Test & Document Verification)

  1. There shall be no viva-voice test.
  2. Recruitment will be based on your merit list by category wise.
  3. Minimum requirement for Jr. Executive Assistant (must obtain minimum of 30 marks out of 100 marks) for qualifying in CBT 1.
  4. For Jr. Executive Assistant called for Computer Proficiency Test (CBT 2) in the ratio of 1:5 in descending order of merit.
  5. Your CBT1 marks will not be added in CBT 2 marks, CBT 1 is just qualifying nature.
  6. For the Jr. Engineer (Mechanical), Jr. Engineer (Electrical), Jr. Nurse & Jr. Pharmacist, they have only CBT 1 test.
  7. After CBT 1, the selected candidates shall be called for verification of documents in the ratio of 1:3 in the descending order of merit).
  8. For the post of Jr. Executive Assistant (JEA), after Qualifying CBT 2, they will called for document verification in the ratio of 1:3.
